Yes. We believe in true alignment. When liquidity permits, we invest our own capital alongside our partners. We are always fully invested in time, attention, and execution.

What happens if markets shift?

We plan for market shifts by stress testing downside market scenarios during underwriting, requiring resilient demand fundamentals, and executing downside aware business plans designed to perform across market cycles. If it doesn't pass rigorous underwriting standards, we don't buy it.

What if I need liquidity?

Multifamily equity is illiquid by design. We emphasize upfront fit and longterm alignment. Any early exit is investor initiated, subject to approval, and typically completed at a negotiated discount borne solely by the exiting investor, without impact to the remaining partners.
